Real estate expert Dr Uta Schott has been part of the Real Estate team at our Frankfurt office since 2023. She supports German and international companies in all matters relating to real estate law, with a particular focus on transactions such as asset and share deals as well as commercial tenancy law. She is also able to draw on extensive experience in dispute resolution and litigation to assist clients during legal disputes. Uta is actively involved in law firm projects concerning the use of artificial intelligence in legal practice, focusing particularly on due diligence processes.
