Ludwig Schnur is a Senior Associate based at our Munich office, where he advises clients on all aspects of public law. He has particular experience in advising on and supporting complex urban land-use planning procedures, including the associated issues relating to air pollution control, nature conservation and municipal law. He also assists clients in navigating public approval procedures and also provides representation in court. His in-depth expertise in municipal law and constitutional law issues, including budget law, makes him a valued adviser to both the public and private sector.
