Public construction law expert Konstantin Kerschensteiner has been working at our Munich office since 2023. His areas of expertise include public construction law, building regulations and planning law, with a particular focus on urban land-use planning and urban development projects. He also represents his clients’ interests before administrative courts, provides comprehensive advice on environmental protection regulations and assists local authorities with complex legal issues.
