Katharina Groche is a Local Partner at our Munich office and specialises in advising German and international clients on real estate transactions and real estate asset management. She has a particular focus on existing properties and construction projects in the office and retail sectors.
Her extensive expertise in commercial tenancy law, land law and real estate transactions enables her to provide solutions-driven advice on complex legal issues and projects, including neighbourhood and campus developments. Katharina is also experienced in supporting and implementing legal tech projects, such as digital lease agreements.
