An expert in commercial tenancy law, real estate asset management as well as land law and neighbouring rights, she specialises in providing legal support for complex development projects and drafting and negotiating large-scale leases and contracts in the area of real estate management, including asset, property and facility management contracts. Katharina has also played a key role in the development and introduction of legal tech products at the firm, in particular our digital lease agreement platform, and she regularly contributes her legal tech expertise to contract automation projects.
