Berlin-based partner Dr Michael Stobbe is a highly experienced corporate transaction adviser. He regularly advises clients on group-internal reorganisations and shareholder disputes and has extensive expertise in the structuring and negotiation of M&A transactions, joint ventures and real estate share deals. His client base encompasses a diverse range of industries, including real estate, automotive, healthcare and IT sectors, with a strong presence in both the domestic and international markets. His transactional and corporate law expertise is complemented by extensive experience in restructuring and insolvency situations, litigation, tax structuring as well as labour, IP and capital markets law.
