Experienced construction and litigation expert Dr Jochen Rudolph works as a Counsel at our Frankfurt office. As a certified specialist in construction and architectural law, he is highly experienced in providing clients with ongoing legal support during the construction phase of their projects. Should disputes arise, clients can rely on his in-depth expertise in litigation and in out-of-court dispute resolution, particularly in complex construction and real estate law matters. His clients include project developers, investors and real estate companies. Jochen is also the author of various publications on construction and contract law topics and teaches on the master’s programme in Construction Law and Project Development at the University of Marburg.
