M&A and joint venture specialist Andrea Nowak joined our Munich office in 2024. She has extensive experience advising institutional and private investors and project developers on real estate joint ventures and share deals. Her areas of expertise also include corporate structuring and corporate housekeeping, as well as commercial law, in particular international sales and supply arrangements in the mobility sector. In addition, she advises clients on mobility and smart city projects.
