A GSK Stockmann team led by Frankfurt partner Felix Bergfort provided legal advice to a joint venture between MB Park and Isarkies Wohn- und Gewerbegrund on the sale of a logistics property in Weiterstadt to HIH Invest.
Completed in 2025, the property is located in the town’s Gräfenhausen district and comprises around 8,600 square metres of rental space. The property is currently let to MOL Logistics Deutschland GmbH on a long-term lease. GSK Stockmann also provided advice on tenancy law in this context.
