Real estate specialist Felix Bergfort is a Partner at our Frankfurt office, where he advises national and international clients on all aspects of real estate transactions and real estate asset management. His key practice areas include advice on tenancy law in the context of complex development projects and the drafting and negotiation of large-scale lease agreements. Felix primarily advises German and international real estate investors, who turn to him for his particular expertise in office, retail and logistics properties. He is also an expert in legal tech, particularly in contract automation for streamlined processes.
