Karolin Streser has been part of the Real Estate team at our Frankfurt office since 2021. She advises German and international clients on all aspects of real estate transactions and real estate asset management. Her other key practice areas include advice on tenancy law in the context of complex development projects, as well as drafting and negotiating large-scale lease agreements. Karolin is also an expert in legal tech, with a particular focus on the efficient automation of contracts.

- Real estate transactions involving both existing properties and developments
- Commercial tenancy law (drafting and negotiating leases, ongoing asset management), in particular for office, retail and logistics properties
- Ongoing asset management advice (in particular drafting and negotiating real estate-related contracts, including centre, property or asset management contracts)
