GSK Stockmann provided the shareholders and founders of Enertec Ingenieurgesellschaft mbH in Lippstadt with comprehensive legal and tax advice in connection with an investment in the company by formicon, a portfolio company of the private equity investor Triton. The shareholders will remain with the company as managing directors.

Triton is an operationally minded investment firm that focuses on companies operating in growing markets, particularly in the industrial, business services and healthcare sectors. As part of its “buy-and-build” strategy, formicon is planning further acquisitions on the German market for architectural and engineering planning services.
