Daniel Fehling is a corporate/M&A partner at our Hamburg office. His many years of expertise in the areas of private equity, M&A and corporate law make him a trusted adviser to financial investors as well as family offices and medium-sized to large companies, many of which are family-run. He specialises in mid-cap transactions (asset and share deals), often with an international dimension. Daniel also provides comprehensive advice on all areas of corporate law, including on corporate restructurings, and has extensive experience in handling complex corporate disputes, including post-M&A disputes. The majority of his clients operate in the consumer goods sector (particularly food and beverage), as well as in the industrial, logistics, energy, technology and services sectors.

Daniel is regularly ranked in prominent legal directories. Alongside his legal work, he serves as chair of the advisory board of a family-run energy trading company and as a member of the supervisory board of a family-run joint stock company in the events industry.
