Raphaela Guderian joined our Heidelberg office as an Associate in 2022. As a certified employment law specialist, she advises German and international companies on individual employment law and collective labour law, including drafting and amending contracts, advising on terminations and providing support during labour court proceedings. She is also well versed in issues relating to the deployment of external personnel and in collective bargaining matters in the context of transactions and strategic restructurings. Raphaela also regularly shares her expertise as a speaker at professional seminars.
