Dr. Marcus Peter ist führender Partner im Bereich Investmentfonds und Private Equity bei GSK Stockmann in Luxemburg. Er verfügt über umfassende Expertise zu luxemburgischen Investmentfonds, Private Equity und Venture Capital, M&A, sowie im Gesellschaftsrecht. Er ist sowohl in Deutschland als auch in Luxemburg zugelassen und berät Mandanten häufig bei der grenzüberschreitenden Strukturierung von Investmentfonds und Private-Equity-Transaktionen.
