Renowned legal scholar Professor Ulrich Battis works as Of Counsel at our Berlin office. A specialist in European spatial development, public construction, planning and environmental law, he also has expertise in science law, public services, administrative law and constitutional law. He represents federal and state ministries before the Federal Constitutional Court, state constitutional court and federal and state administrative courts, and drafts opinions for federal and state ministries, state parliaments and private companies.

Ulrich is a professor emeritus of the Faculty of Law at the Humboldt University of Berlin and regularly features in prominent legal rankings. He is also frequently consulted by the media on current legal issues.
