Philipp Bauder is an experienced legal adviser and dispute resolution expert based at our Frankfurt office. His specialisms include private construction and architectural law, as well as real estate asset management. He has extensive experience in large-scale litigation before state courts and in advising on all phases of major construction projects, including drafting contracts, providing advice during construction, reviewing change orders and final invoices and handling any warranty issues or disputes. Philipp also represents foreign states in defending against judicial measures that fall within the scope of state immunity.
