Experienced construction and architectural law adviser Pascal Zepezauer is a Senior Associate at our Frankfurt office. He specialises in providing comprehensive advice and support to large and medium-sized companies in complex legal disputes, both in and out of court. He has particular expertise in advising on the entire lifecycle of major construction projects, including drafting contracts, reviewing change orders and final invoices, and managing handover and warranty issues. Pascal also regularly represents property developers both in and out of court in defence against claims for damages arising from delays and defects.
