Niklas Baasch has been a member of the Projects & Public Sector practice group at our Hamburg office since 2022. He specialises in providing support to the public sector, with a particular focus on procurement and infrastructure projects. He advises on the legally compliant implementation of complex procurement procedures, represents clients in review proceedings and ensures state aid-compliant public financing of infrastructure projects, particularly those involving port infrastructure.
