Investment law and real estate specialist Lisa Gebhard is a Counsel at our Hamburg office. She advises clients on all matters relating to investment funds and provides support for real estate and portfolio transactions, as well as the purchase and sale of development projects. Her advisory work also extends to real estate asset management, with a particular focus on leases and land law. Lisa is also a specialist in ESG issues, particularly the SFDR and Taxonomy Regulation, green leases and photovoltaic systems.
