Dr Oda Wedemeyer is a partner at our Berlin office specialising in project development, construction law and architectural and engineering law, including dispute resolution both in and out of court. As a certified specialist in construction and architectural law, she has particular expertise in international plant engineering – especially in complex energy and infrastructure projects such as offshore wind farms and industrial plants – as well as in urban real estate projects. She is also a FIDIC adjudicator and arbitrator for German and international plant engineering projects.
Her clients benefit from her many years of project experience and her extensive professional network. Oda is known for her bespoke legal solutions, including contract drafting and efficient dispute resolution.
