Daniela Bincheva, LL.M., has been an Associate at our Berlin office since late 2025, having initially joined the firm as an assessor in 2024. She advises companies and public bodies on IP, commercial and technology law, particularly intellectual property and copyright matters, unfair competition law, as well as IT, data and AI law, including the protection of trade secrets. She has particular expertise in digital business models, technology projects and cross-border matters. Her specialisation in European commercial law and experience in the ASEAN region give her legal advice a strong international perspective.
