Clara López has been working with the M&A and venture capital teams at our Berlin office since 2022. As a member of our Corporate practice group, she specialises in venture capital transactions and cross-border matters with an international dimension. Admitted to practise in both Germany and Spain, she regularly draws on her multi-jurisdictional training and experience when working on complex international transaction structures. Clara is also an active member of the International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA) and currently serves on its Executive Committee.
