During her many years of practice, she has guided countless clients through the successful completion of their complex construction projects. She specialises in providing legal support for development projects and advice on property development law. In addition, she has considerable experience in real estate law and is well versed in the wide range of legal issues that can arise in connection with real estate transactions, contract drafting and project management. Britta has been an active member of the real estate community in the Rhine-Neckar metropolitan region for many years and maintains close contacts with key industry players.
