GSK Stockmann advised AIF Capital Group on the acquisition of a portfolio of healthcare properties in five cities in Baden-Württemberg.
Four of the six properties are situated in prime locations in Sindelfingen, Schwäbisch Hall, Karlsruhe, Breisach and two in Freiburg. The portfolio comprises a total of 347 assisted living units and 28 fully inpatient care places with a total lettable area of 18,262 square metres. The properties were acquired by AIF Capital Group on behalf of a new investment and asset management client (family office). The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
