Rechtsanwältin, Tax Adviser, Partner*

Professor Dr Petra Eckl is a partner, lawyer, tax adviser and certified specialist for tax law at our Frankfurt office. An established expert in corporate and real estate tax law, as well as international tax law, she specialises in the tax-efficient structuring of open- and closed-ended funds. She also provides tax advice on cross-border PE/VC investments. She regularly represents clients in tax proceedings, including before the Federal Fiscal Court and the European Court of Justice.

As an honorary professor and lecturer, Petra shares her extensive expertise in tax law with aspiring legal minds. She is also a prolific author on current tax law matters and has been consistently recognised in leading industry rankings over the years.
