GSK Stockmann advised VIVAO Investment & Assetmanagement GmbH, based in Munich, on the long-term re-letting of the BOA VISTA office building in Hamburg.
VIVAO has let around 3,300 square metres of office space, as well as storage space and underground parking spaces, in the BOA VISTA office building in Hamburg to FRANK Immobilien und Lebensformate GmbH. FRANK will move into the premises from January 2027 and use them as its new headquarters. Katharina Feierabend, a Local Partner at GSK Stockmann in Munich, advised VIVAO on negotiating and drafting the lease agreement.
Completed in 2015, the BOA VISTA office building is situated in a prominent location in Hamburg’s Portuguese Quarter, offering impressive views of the River Elbe, the Elbphilharmonie and HafenCity. Thanks to its modern architectural design, the property is one of the most striking office buildings in the Port of Hamburg and offers flexible layout options and energy-efficient building services. VIVAO provides comprehensive asset management services for the property. Securing FRANK Immobilien und Lebensformate as a tenant represents a major success for the property.
