GSK Stockmann advised S 15 / S 17 Immobilien GmbH, which is backed by investors Joseph Braun, Stefan Leberfinger and Christoph Ludwig, in cooperation with ADIX Immobilien GmbH, on the long-term letting of alternative premises for the savings bank Kreissparkasse München-Starnberg-Ebersberg.
A GSK Stockmann team comprising real estate lawyer and Counsel Maximiliane Bartsch, along with Munich-based partner Stefan J. Schlapka and his team, advised S 15 / S 17 Immobilien GmbH on the letting. Their comprehensive legal advice included the drafting and negotiation of the long-term lease agreement.
The tenant, Kreissparkasse München-Starnberg-Ebersberg, needs to vacate its current premises on Sendlinger-Tor-Platz for an extended period of time due to renovation work. The bank has now found a new home in a prime city centre location in Sonnenstrasse, which it will gradually move into from the end of 2026. The renovation of the bank’s headquarters is expected to take several years.
S 15 / S 17 Immobilien GmbH, the landlord of the approximately 10,000 sqm space, was represented by the property management company ADIX Immobilien GmbH, specifically its managing director Robert Gillitzer and the responsible asset manager Claudia Greco. The investor group behind the owner company, led by Joseph Braun, Stefan Leberfinger and Christoph Ludwig, also played an active role in the large-scale letting.
Situated between Stachus and Sendlinger Tor, the new premises are still very conveniently located in Munich’s city centre for the bank’s customers and employees and are only around 200 metres from the previous location.
