Adler Group S.A. has sold the residential development project “The Wilhelm” to the Hilpert Group. The transaction was fully completed on 16 September 2025. With a prime location in the heart of the German capital, “The Wilhem” was one of the most attractive projects in the Adler Group’s portfolio. GSK Stockmann provided the Adler Group with comprehensive advice on all aspects of the complex asset deal.
The acquisition of this high-profile urban development project, located in close proximity to Brandenburg Gate and Pariser Platz, is a valuable addition to the Hilpert Group’s portfolio. The Hilpert Group is a family-run company specialising in rental housing projects in Berlin.
