Dr Maritheres Palichleb is a partner and co-head of our Healthcare division. Based in our Hamburg and Frankfurt offices, she applies her wealth of experience and knowledge to advise clients in the real estate and healthcare sectors on complex transactions and development projects. Maritheres is also well versed in all facets of legal asset management and commercial tenancy law. She is the author of numerous publications on real estate law, in particular relating to social housing, medical centres and health clinics, and is consistently featured in prominent legal rankings in the fields of real estate and healthcare.
