Public procurement and state aid expert Dr Arne Gniechwitz is a partner at our Hamburg office, where he specialises in infrastructure projects. He has many years of experience advising on complex procurement and organisational projects, as well as major public sector projects, and also represents clients in review proceedings and before the European Commission. As well as providing thorough, end-to-end project support, he provides comprehensive advice on all matters relating to compliance with state aid law in infrastructure financing.
