GSK Stockmann advises Target Global on Health Force’s EUR 4.2 million seed financing

GSK Stockmann advised Target Global on its investment in Health Force as part of the Barcelona-based HealthTech company’s EUR 4.2 million seed financing round. The transaction follows Health Force’s relocation from Austria to Spain, on which the firm also advised Target Global.

The financing round was led by LUMO Labs, with Target Global, Calm/Storm, Next Tier Ventures and Step Venture also participating. Health Force develops enterprise-grade AI agents designed to support hospital operations. These work within existing hospital systems and take over operational and administrative workflows under the supervision of hospital teams. Health Force’s technology currently supports more than 200,000 patient cases per year at leading Italian hospital groups, including Humanitas Research Hospital and Gruppo San Donato.

The new funding will enable Health Force to expand its portfolio of AI agents into additional workflows and accelerate its growth across Europe, including its expansion into Germany, France and Spain. As part of its international development, the company has established its new headquarters in Barcelona.

GSK Stockmann provided Target Global with comprehensive legal advice throughout the transaction, including in connection with Health Force’s relocation from Austria to Spain and the subsequent seed financing under Spanish law. The firm coordinated the cross-border legal work together with Cuatrecasas in Spain and Wolf Theiss in Austria.
