He specialises in the area of regulated and unregulated investment funds and advises national and international clients on the structuring and life-cycle management of alternative investment funds (AIFs) and UCITS, as well as their respective management entities.<\/p>\n<p>Thomas studied at the University of Heidelberg (Germany) and the University of Geneva (Switzerland). He holds a doctorate (PhD) from the University of Heidelberg. He was admitted to the Bar in Germany in 2015 and in Luxembourg in 2016.
