KG, the family office of the Deinb\u00f6ck family, on refinancing the \u201cHopfenpost Palais\u201d in Munich. The almost triple-digit million financing deal frees up capital for the family office to make further acquisitions, laying the foundations for a new phase of growth.<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">BayernLB was selected as the financing partner following a structured competitive tender process against several other competitors. The financing is secured by the \u201cHopfenpost Palais\u201d property. This flexible financing structure allows the family office to capitalise on short-term market opportunities and expand its real estate portfolio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The \u201cHopfenpost Palais\u201d is centrally located right next to Munich Central Station and features modern spaces. Its tenants include a medical university, a business school and the Bavarian Stock Exchange.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The advisory team at GSK&nbsp;Stockmann was led by partner Rebecca Comtesse. GSK&nbsp;Stockmann also provides the Deinb\u00f6ck family office with comprehensive corporate law advice, headed up by partner Dr Marcel Vietor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Efficient Financing Partners (EFP) structured and oversaw the financing process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Advisers of MoM Mall of Munich Beteiligungs GmbH &amp; Co.
