The lawyer and notary joins the firm from BHP B\u00f6gner Hensel &amp; Partner and will specifically strengthen the GSK&nbsp;Stockmann\u2019s notarial services in the areas of real estate and company law.<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Svenja Heck has extensive expertise in real estate and company law, with a particular focus on M&amp;A and real estate transactions. She was appointed as a notary in 2025. Most recently, she was a partner at BHP B\u00f6gner Hensel &amp; Partner in Frankfurt. Prior to this, she was part of the Corporate Real Estate team at Gleiss Lutz. During her time there, she advised on domestic and international real estate transactions as well as M&amp;A processes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This new addition is part of GSK Stockmann\u2019s strategic expansion of its notary\u2019s office in Frankfurt. Svenja Heck will strengthen the firm\u2019s notarial services in this important financial centre and advise clients on matters relating to real estate and company law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dr G\u00f6sta Christian Makowski, partner at GSK Stockmann in Frankfurt: <em>\u201cWe are delighted to have Svenja Heck join our Frankfurt office.
