The parties have agreed to keep the purchase price confidential.<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A GSK Stockmann team led by Stefan&nbsp;J.&nbsp;Schlapka and including Maximiliane Bartsch (Counsel) provided S&nbsp;15&nbsp;\/&nbsp;S&nbsp;17 Immobilien GmbH with legal advice on the conception and negotiation of the purchase agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The property at Sonnenstrasse 15, which is currently being used for commercial purposes by the Kreissparkasse, offers approximately 10,000 sqm of space and is located in Munich\u2019s city centre, between Stachus and Sendlinger Tor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Until now, the property has been represented by ADIX Immobilien GmbH (managing director: Robert Gillitzer; asset managers: Ulrich M\u00f6llers and Claudia Greco). GSK&nbsp;Stockmann has been providing legal assistance in connection with the property for several years now, including handling its day-to-day asset management and all leases.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Advisers of S\u00a015\/S\u00a017 Immobilien GmbH at GSK\u00a0Stockmann:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Stefan J.
