The seller is a medium-sized project developer from Hamburg.<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Situated just north of the Hamburg city limits in Norderstedt, the property is only a few minutes from Hamburg Airport and was previously used by the logistics subsidiary of shoe retailer Goertz until the end of 2024. Patron Capital and Inbright plan to comprehensively modernise the property, including optimising the warehouse space, refurbishing the roof and investing in the technical building services. Extensive ESG measures are also planned, such as improved insulation, energy-efficient lighting and environmentally friendly heating technology.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The acquisition forms part of Patron Capital and Inbright\u2019s joint investment strategy to build a diversified portfolio of sustainably designed light industrial and logistics properties in Germany\u2019s major economic regions, with a total investment volume of 250 million euros.
