Group, BayernLB\u2019s fund service provider specialising in real estate investments, on the repurchase of its Munich headquarters from LaSalle Investment Management.<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Real I.S. Group is one of Germany\u2019s leading providers of real estate investments for private and institutional investors. The group focuses on ecologically, socially and economically sustainable investments in Germany, Europe and Australia. Real I.S. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of BayernLB and part of the Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe network.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The seller is LaSalle Investment Management, which had purchased the 6,500 sqm office building at Innere Wiener Strasse 17 in Munich from Real I.S. at the end of 2016.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A GSK&nbsp;Stockmann team led by Munich real estate lawyer Dirk Br\u00fcckner advised Real I.S. on legal, regulatory and tax matters. As part of the transaction, the team was able to optimise the tax structure and implement regulatory requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Advisers of Real I.S.
