Ofi is a new operating group born out of Olam, the food and agri-business headquartered and listed in Singapore. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ofi acquired 100% of the shares in M\u00e4rsch Import, one of Europe\u2019s leading private label manufacturers. The transaction has already been approved by merger authorities and was closed in July 2022.
