The portfolio consists of 142 residential units on Klara-Franke-Str., located in the central Berlin district of Mitte and having some 10,910 m\u00b2 of rental area. It encompasses five buildings and is part of the premium class urban quarter \u201cMittenmang\u201d. The quarter was completed just three years ago in the immediate vicinity of Berlin Central Station and Europacity Berlin, an extensive new office and residential development. This portfolio has full occupancy and also includes an office unit with around 80 m\u00b2 of rental area as well as 70 parking spaces. The dwelling area in just under half of the apartments is between 40 and 60 m\u00b2, while one-third are sized between 90 and 108 m\u00b2 in order to be attractive for families.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
