Ricarda Jost has been advising clients on German law from our London office since 2024. Her specialisms are insolvency, restructuring and corporate law, with a particular focus on complex, cross-border matters. Thanks to her international experience and her additional qualification as a solicitor in England and Wales, she is able to provide a comprehensive German-UK perspective, offering particular expertise in coordinating complex structures with a UK connection and efficiently collaborating with international legal teams.
