Ralf Brenner is a Local Partner at our Munich office, specialising in investment law. He has extensive expertise in regulatory issues relating to open-ended securities funds, outsourcing management, and advising asset managers, particularly master capital management companies. Having trained as a banker, Ralf’s background includes experience as a managing director of a securities services investment management company and leadership roles in legal and compliance departments.

He applies this knowledge of banking supervisory, corporate and remuneration law to advise capital management companies, securities fund providers, financial service providers and asset managers on all regulatory and compliance issues. Clients benefit from his extensive network of contacts in the financial sector and his in-depth industry knowledge. Ralf has successfully guided many clients through BaFin special audits and is the author and co-author of multiple academic publications.
