Nicole Habersetzer is a member of the Banking & Finance practice group at our Munich office. She advises German and international banks, financial and payment service providers, capital management companies, insurance companies, fintechs and institutional investors on all aspects of banking and finance law. She has particular expertise in the application of DORA, MiFID II and financial distribution law.
