Nicole Deparade is an experienced employment law specialist who specialises in advising German and international companies on all facets of individual and collective labour law. She is particularly experienced in advising international employers in English, in particular on employment law issues relating to human resource management. This includes providing legal support for the drafting and negotiation of employment law documents and agreements in both German and English, offering advice on the termination of employment relationships and guidance on general HR matters in the context of transactions and restructurings. She is also considered a trusted expert on matters relating to the deployment of external personnel, other labour law compliance issues, and employee data protection.

Nicole regularly represents her clients in negotiations and in proceedings before labour courts and government agencies, and also shares her expertise by delivering in-house training courses and guest lectures on labour law topics.
