Matti Kamer joined our Heidelberg office in 2024 and is part of the firm’s Corporate practice group. He advises German and international clients on insolvency law and restructuring, with a particular focus on real estate insolvencies. His services include advising owners, landlords and project developers on restructurings, StaRUG and insolvency plan proceedings, as well as tenant insolvency proceedings.
