Marie Bogutzki has been a member of the Banking & Finance team at our Frankfurt office since 2018. She specialises in advising German and international clients on real estate financing and restructuring, with a particular focus on the structuring and implementation of complex real estate and project financing. She is particularly experienced in hotel financing and handling high-volume portfolio transactions. Marie regularly advises banks, debt funds and real estate investors.
