Mareike Hebrock is a Counsel at our Hamburg office, where she specialises in public law, with particular expertise in public construction and planning law, environmental regulations and sectoral planning law. She assists clients in navigating official approval procedures for infrastructure projects across all planning phases. Project developers and planning approval authorities seek her advice on structuring, implementing and securing their projects from a legal standpoint, particularly in complex approval processes that also involve aspects of environmental and nature conservation law. Mareike has particular experience in advising on extensive linear infrastructure projects, such as those relating to energy law.
