Marcel Buss is a Senior Associate at our Munich office, where he provides expert advice on international financing, real estate transactions and restructuring. He assists lenders and investors with complex financing projects, with a particular focus on the structuring and implementation of real estate, acquisition and project financing. His advice covers all phases of a project, from the initial structuring and due diligence, to drafting and negotiating contracts, through to implementation and subsequent ongoing support. Marcel also supports clients with restructurings or non-performing financing arrangements, as well as developing customised financing solutions.
