Katrin Zukovskaja joined our Heidelberg office in 2024. She specialises in advising German and international companies on individual employment law and collective labour law. Her legal services encompass drafting, amending and negotiating contracts in both German and English, advising on severance, and providing representation and enforcing claims in and out of court. Katrin also assists with the preparation and implementation of collective agreements and measures, including cooperation with works councils, and is experienced in employment law due diligence in the context of transactions and restructurings.
