Katharina Becker is a Counsel based at our Hamburg and Munich offices. She represents German and international clients in complex national and international litigation and arbitration proceedings, including before arbitration institutions such as the LCIA, DIS and CEPANI. She also advises on alternative dispute resolution methods. She supports clients from a wide variety of industries in enforcing non-compete clauses and resolving commercial agency disputes and complex joint venture disputes. Katharina also has particular expertise in the consequences of lignite mining.
